Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create a workspace and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including the actions of teammates you invite.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and authorized to bind the business you represent.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to store. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of guest data complies with applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any change to pricing takes effect.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into StayOS. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep StayOS available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update features over time and will avoid removing functionality you depend on without notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
